- Screen and evaluate applicants’ resumes received from online and walk-in application
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude based on the results of their initial interviews and examinations
- Ensure applicants are welcomed, assessed, interviewed, and responded to in a timely and professional environment
- Duly represent the company and build rapport with applicants during the hiring process
- Conduct phone interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to maximize sourcing efforts
- Assure that the turnaround time for hiring candidates is strictly followed
- Generate talent leads and build a diverse talent pipeline by utilizing professional networking and establishing strong social media presence
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related courses
- Must have at least 1-2 years of recruitment work experience in a BPO industry
- With a strong background in sourcing and staffing candidates
- Has the ability to conduct different types of interviews – structured, competency-based, personality assessment etc.
- Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric, and IQ/EQ tests etc.)
- Must be a multitasker
- Has excellent, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
