Customer Support Campaign Manager (Ecommerce)

- The campaign will be dealing with online order status’, return requests, canceled orders, address changes, warranties, missing parts, product inquiry, etc. and will be voice, email and web support.
- Quickly assesses customer needs, develops innovative plans to solve complex business workflow
- Possesses a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
- With at least 5 years of experience with Zendesk and SAP is an advantage
- Strong data analytics and experience with preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting/CRM and Ecommerce
- Ability to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
