- Collect payments on customer past due bills
- Handle each call promptly and in a correct manner.
- Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, honest and firm.
- Input client related data accurately and efficiently.
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational /Diploma or College level.
- Work experience in a BPO industry
- Financial collection or sales background is an advantage
- Can communicate effectively using the English language (American accent is not required)
- Assertive, highly motivated, team player and a go-getter
- Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure
