Campaign Supervisor


      • Monitor each team member’s productivity goals and collaborate with other departments in order to meet client service levels
      • Develop project requirements and implementation schedules in conjunction with operations’ team members
      • Develop strong interdepartmental working relationships
      • Supervise, train, and provide guidance to staff in order to meet business goals
      • Provide timely disciplinary action to any team member who violates the company policies and departmental procedures
      • Prepare and administer performance feedback and formal reviews in a timely manner
      • Must have an in-depth experience in handling different accounts
      • Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with the clients including taking escalated calls to their knowledge when necessary


      • Has a minimum of 5 years work-related experience in a BPO industry as a Team Manager or Supervisor
      • With complex problem solving and analytical skills
      • Has strong leadership skills –including the ability to coach and motivate team members to reach the desired results in customer service, quality, productions, and accepted service levels
      • Must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Organized, keen to details, and a great decision-maker
